Measurement function:
Dual channel measurement: It can simultaneously monitor the vibration of bearings in two channels, suitable for various types of turbomachinery such as steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, fans, gearboxes, blowers, centrifuges, etc.
Multiple measurement modes: capable of measuring bearing vibration in horizontal, vertical, or axial directions, and supporting multiple output types such as root mean square value of vibration velocity (VRMS), zero peak value (SOP) vibration displacement, peak to peak value (SPP) vibration displacement, etc., to meet different measurement needs.
Wide frequency range: The frequency range is usually 10-1000Hz (refer to VDI12056/DIN45666/ISO3945), and there are also other optional frequency ranges such as 5/10-50-1000/1600Hz, which can accurately measure vibration signals at different frequencies.

Rich output interfaces: with two independent current outputs (0/4-20mA), configurable, open circuit and short circuit protection, allowing loads less than 500 Ω; Two independent voltage outputs (0-+10V), open circuit and short circuit protection, with a load impedance greater than 10k Ω; There are also two independent AC component voltage outputs (0-20Vpp) for spectrum analysis, with a frequency range of 0.1Hz-5kHz (± 20%/-3dB).
Sensor related characteristics:
Sensor adaptability: It is compatible with electric speed sensors such as PR9266/… and PR9268/… produced by EPRO company. The input voltage range of the sensor is -5V to+15VDC, and the input impedance is greater than 100k Ω.
Boosting coil current: The module provides an independent buffered boosting coil current output for each sensor to compensate for mechanical settling of the sensor coil. The current range is 0-8mA and can be set in the configuration with a step size of 40 μ A.

This circuit breaker combines three substation functions: isolation, circuit breaking, and current measurement, reducing the substation’s footprint by up to 70%. At the same time, it is also the world’s first isolated circuit breaker equipped with fiber optic current transformers at this high voltage level.
All fiber current transformers will replace traditional current transformers used for measurement and protection in integrated intelligent switches, and create conditions for grid automation. In the northwest region of China, the voltage level of 363 kV is the most common. This application is also the first commercial application of the isolated circuit breaker technology at this voltage level.
