Thermostatic controllers are mainly used to control the temperature of equipment or systems. The following is the usage method:
- Connect the power supply and sensor: First, connect the thermostat controller to the power supply, and then connect the sensor to the sensor interface of the thermostat controller.
- Temperature setting: Set the desired constant temperature value as needed, usually displayed on a monitor, which can be directly set or adjusted.
- Adjust the constant temperature control parameters: Adjust the constant temperature control parameters of the controller according to the actual situation, including waiting time, PID parameters, etc.
- Usage: Next, start the device or system and use the thermostat to control the temperature. The constant temperature controller will continuously monitor the temperature and issue control signals to maintain the temperature within the set constant temperature range.
It should be noted that when using a thermostat controller, safety operating procedures should be followed, and wiring should be connected correctly to ensure the normal operation of the thermostat controller. At the same time, according to the user manual of the controller, understand the characteristics of the controller to ensure correct use.
What should be noted when using a constant temperature controller
- Due to the possibility of connecting cold and hot wires during heating, whether you are using a welded connection or not, it is important to ensure reliability under high temperature conditions and avoid risks when using excessive power.
- Due to aging wires and technical deviations such as temperature controller current, it should be noted that the temperature controller can carry a power of 20%.
- If the electrical power is below 2816 watts, a constant temperature controller with a current of 16 amps should be used. When its electrical power is between 2816 and 3520 watts, a 20 amp thermostat should be used. For example, if the rated voltage of a 16 ampere current is 220V, theoretically its power is 2816 watts.
- Generally speaking, electric constant temperature controllers are installed inside walls and are similar to switches. During installation, they cannot be covered with anything. The installation should be at a height of 1.5 meters above the ground, and no heat dissipation devices should be installed nearby. At the same time, direct sunlight should be prevented from shining on it. There should be no heat dissipation or cooling devices around it, and it is not suitable for installation in areas where personnel often stay.
