Overtemperature alarm function: When the temperature of any phase winding in the three-phase winding reaches the set overtemperature alarm temperature, the temperature controller emits an audible and visual alarm, and connects the alarm output terminal to send a switch signal to the remote control cabinet for the control cabinet to start the audible and visual alarm system. Relay contact capacity: AC220V/3A or DC28V/3A.
Overtemperature tripping function: When the temperature of any phase winding in the three-phase winding reaches the set overtemperature tripping temperature, the temperature controller will issue an audible and visual alarm, and connect the tripping output terminal to send a switch signal to the remote control cabinet, starting the tripping circuit. Relay contact capacity: AC220V/3A or DC28V/3A.
Fan start stop function: When the temperature of any phase winding in the three-phase winding reaches the set fan start temperature, the fan will automatically start and the fan indicator light will turn on. When the temperature of all three-phase windings drops to the set fan stop temperature, the fan automatically shuts down and the fan indicator light goes out. The contact capacity of the fan relay is AC220V/7A. If the fan needs protection, please connect an external protective device.
Manual start stop fan function: Press the “Manual” button to start the fan, then press the “Manual” button again to turn off the fan; If the “manual” button is pressed only once, the fan will automatically shut down 10 minutes after starting. This function can also be used as a test fan function.
Fan timed start stop function: The thermostat provides the function of timed start of the fan to prevent it from malfunctioning due to prolonged inactivity. Users can set any time from 0 to 200 hours on the panel (when set to 0, it means this function is cancelled). After the scheduled time, the fan will automatically run for 2 minutes and then stop. Set to 24 hours at the factory. The fan starts and runs for 2 minutes each time, and users cannot modify it themselves.
Provide RS-485 serial communication port, which can communicate with computers through RS485/RS232 converter, with a transmission distance of up to 1200 meters. When only one thermostat is communicating, please insert the jumper into the two pin socket numbered JP2201 in the lower right corner of the thermostat display board; When multiple temperature controllers are communicating, please insert the jumper into the socket of the last temperature controller, and leave the sockets of the other temperature controllers vacant. (The factory setting is to plug the jumper into the socket).
