- Check the working status of the operation station
When a certain operation station crashes, the monitoring screen data does not refresh, and the adjustment screen does not work, check whether the system alarm indicator light in the upper right corner is normal, and check whether other operation stations are working properly. If it is normal, only that operation station has a problem, notify the microcomputer maintenance personnel for repair. If the data from other operation stations remains unchanged, it indicates a malfunction in the system communication network. Immediately notify maintenance personnel to check the operation of the network equipment and carry out repairs.
- Observe the power outage situation of the operation station
If some operation stations suddenly have no display, it means that the UPS or mains power has been cut off, and the microcomputer maintenance worker should be notified immediately for repair. If the operation station with electricity can be monitored normally, it will not affect the normal adjustment of the control system at this time.
- Pay attention to the situation where all control stations are powered off
Due to the dual power supply of all control station equipment, with one UPS and one mains power supply, the probability of this situation occurring is very small.
When all control stations are powered off, the red alarm lights of the two systems on the monitoring screen will light up, communication will be interrupted, and all data will not be refreshed. All self-adjusting systems will be completely out of control, and the regulating valves will return to their initial state. The gas opening valve will be fully closed, and the gas closing valve will be fully opened. At this time, emergency handling or parking should be carried out immediately, and operations should be carried out on site at the same time.
- Pay attention to the situation where all operation stations are powered off
At this point, check whether the power indicator light of the control station is normal, whether the card diagnosis indicator light has a fault red light, and whether the green light indicates that the card is working normally. If all of the above are normal, it can be confirmed that the control station is working normally and the self adjustment system is working normally. However, the operator cannot see the monitoring screen temporarily and cannot remotely operate the site. Immediately notify the microcomputer maintenance personnel for repair and go to the site for monitoring.
- The pressure of the regulating valve instrument air source is low or all instrument air is cut off
When multiple self regulating systems are found to be malfunctioning and the self regulating valve position on the monitoring screen is in the fully open or fully closed position, immediately check the instrument air source pressure. If the air source pressure is less than 0.4 MPa, it is abnormal, and check whether the air source pipeline is blocked or leaking; If the pressure of the gas source is less than 0.2 MPa, immediately carry out emergency shutdown. Turn all the self-adjusting systems on the monitoring screen to manual mode, adjust the regulating valve position to the safe position, notify the instrument worker to check the air source, and at the same time, go to the site to operate, close the shut-off valves at both ends of the regulating valve, and use the bypass valve for operation.
