In terms of equipment, we need to strictly control every aspect from installation process and quality to debugging, and finally to normal operation of equipment, equipment inspection, and equipment maintenance. Finally, there is the factor of environment. For large enterprises, their working conditions and environments are different, so the degree of environment also varies. Environmental temperature, humidity, dust, and acidity/alkalinity can also cause significant harm to equipment and personnel. With the improvement of industrial automation, the safe and continuous operation of DCS systems has become the main factor for the safe and economic operation of enterprise production processes.

2) The reliability of DCS distributed control system. At present, in addition to considering the security of DCS systems, we also need to consider how to improve their reliability. The so-called reliability refers to the ability to complete specified functions under certain time and conditions. Not only reflected in a local component, but also in the overall system, affecting the quality of the entire construction. Therefore, to improve the reliability of DCS systems, it is necessary to approach it from two different perspectives: local and global. On a local level, it involves the process standards and quality of each installation component. From a global perspective, we require high compatibility and reliability of the system. We will operate from the following aspects:

① The selection of DCS control system should be of high quality and low cost;

② Choose a construction unit with good qualifications for installation to ensure construction technology and installation quality;

③ During software program design and acceptance debugging, operators should have a thorough understanding and mastery of the system;

④ After the selection is confirmed, it is necessary to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff and do a good job in technical training.
