1、 Controller failure. From the perspective of expression, there may be the following situations:
- Damage to power devices. 2. Damage to the internal power supply of the controller. 3. The controller operates intermittently. 4. Control signal loss caused by worn connecting wires, poor contact of connectors, or detachment of connectors.
2、 Regarding the analysis of the causes of the above failure modes:
A. There are several possible causes of damage to power devices: motor damage, poor quality or insufficient selection level of power devices themselves, loose device installation or vibration, motor overload, damage to power device drive circuits or unreasonable parameter design.
B. There are several possible causes of damage to the internal power supply of the controller: short circuit in the internal circuit of the controller, short circuit in the peripheral control components, and short circuit in the external leads.
