This series of I/O modules is an essential component in distributed I/O systems, which needs to be combined with suitable couplers (such as BL200 series) to connect field devices or processes and achieve data acquisition, monitoring, and control on site.
The system requires a power module to provide 24VDC system voltage and 24VDC field voltage, and the fieldbus coupler itself includes a power module. Due to the use of two independent power sources, the on-site voltage and system voltage are electrically isolated from each other. When assembling fieldbus node modules, each module can be combined and arranged arbitrarily, without the need to be grouped by module type.
This module has 8 input channels, namely DI 1… DI 8, which can receive control signals from on-site digital devices. All channels are single ended inputs, each with an anti-interference filter and a common ground potential.
