AC motor driver

AC motor drivers are mainly used to convert rapidly changing AC power into a current suitable for the motor. It has the advantages of flexibility, high efficiency, and high energy efficiency, supports multiple frequency conversion control methods, and can achieve smooth starting and operation. Therefore, AC motor drivers have been widely used in high-precision and high-speed application scenarios such as machine tools, contour cutting machines, and printing equipment.

DC motor driver

The DC motor driver processes the DC power provided by the power supply into a current suitable for the motor. It has high torque, adjustable speed, stable performance, and good response performance when starting. Therefore, DC motor drivers are widely used in applications with medium to high precision and medium speed, such as communication equipment, electric vehicles, robots, etc.

Servo motor driver

Servo motor drivers can accurately control the operation of motors and eliminate inertial effects. The earliest servo motor drivers were based on DC motors, but modern servo motor drivers are mainly based on AC permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) or DC brushless motors. Servo motor drives play an important role in industrial automation, robotics, aerospace, and other fields.

Stepper motor driver

The stepper motor driver is used to control the operation of the stepper motor. Stepper motors have a no-load starting frequency and can operate normally at low speeds, but cannot start above a certain speed, accompanied by sharp whistling sounds. Stepper motor drivers require specialized circuits for control to achieve precise control of position and speed.

DC brushless motor driver

DC brushless motor driver is used to drive DC brushless motors. Its driving current is alternating current, which can be square wave or sine wave. DC brushless motor drivers have the advantages of low interference, low noise, and smooth operation, and are suitable for applications such as constant speed equipment, variable frequency air conditioners, refrigerators, etc.

Servo driver

The servo driver is mainly used to control the rotation angle of the servo. The servo generates a reference signal with a cycle of 20ms and a width of 1.5ms internally. By comparing the external signal with the reference signal, the direction and magnitude are determined to control the rotation. Servo drivers have a wide range of applications in remote control models, robots, and other fields.
