Like microgrids, the sustained growth of distributed solar energy is expected to bring opportunities for the merged company.
FIMER CEO Filippo Carzaniga stated that the company’s “next level strategy” focuses on the development opportunities of solar photovoltaics and their “core role” in the transition to clean energy, and therefore has decided to consolidate its solar inverter business through acquisitions.
